The KUPO Lowboy Junior Roller Studio Stand is a hybrid short studio stand designed for professional lighting setups requiring both stability and mobility. Combining a steel base with aluminium riser sections, it offers a perfect balance of strength and reduced weight, making it easy to manoeuvre on set.
Equipped with a universal combo head, it supports both Junior (28 mm) and Baby (16 mm) receivers, and includes a retractable flip-down baby pin for added versatility. Oversized brake castings ensure a robust load capacity of 25 kg (55lbs). The steel base features smooth locking casters with a diameter of 75 mm, allowing effortless movement across studio floors.
The stand’s legs fold up and lock against the main riser for convenient storage and transport. A levelling leg allows adjustment on uneven surfaces, while the other leg can be extended for enhanced stability. The stand extends from a minimum height of 81 cm (31.9") to a maximum height of 120 cm (47.2"), providing low-angle lighting options for a wide range of setups.
